Description : This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the supply, installation, testing, maintenance and management of Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) Cameras for the Region of Waterloo, ON. Proposals will be accepted to provide leased options for Automated Speed Enforcement cameras, as further described in Section C of this NRFP. The Region is seeking a 5-year contract to provide the camera hardware equipment and related images and data (ASE System) as per Ontario Regulation 398/19: Automated Speed Enforcement for the purpose of imposing Penalty Orders for incidents in compliance with the Highway Traffic Act.
