The u.s. Census bureau s national processing center (npc) is seeking information from industry regarding the replacement of an automated phone dialing (auto-dialer) system. Our goal is to define desired capabilities for the auto-dialer that result in enhanced respondent relations, targeted audience messaging, reminders to be configured, and number verification.
This is not a request for proposal (rfp), request for quotation (rfq), or an invitation for bid, nor does its issuance obligate or restrict the government to an eventual acquisition. The government will use all information received from this rfi for market research purposes only. The government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this rfi nor otherwise reimburse vendors for the preparation of any information submitted or government use of such information. The government will make no acknowledgement of receipt of responses, nor will respondents be notified regarding the outcome of the information received. (please do not call this office or add this email address to any marketing database.) however, based on the information provided, and as part of its ongoing market research, the bureau reserves the right to contact individual respondents for additional information.
