English below, Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of Zakład Produkcji Młodych "GAMRAT" Sp. z o. o. We invite you to submit an offer in the purchasing procedure. Attached we provide the necessary documentation and attachments in an editable form. The offer should be placed in the Purchasing Platform as attachments to the procedure and complete the information in a dedicated form. The result of the procedure generated by the purchasing platform is not tantamount to placing an order and concluding an Agreement. Stages of the Procedure: Stage I: "Submitting offers" - This stage involves presenting offers based on the provided documentation. During the purchasing procedure, we provide the opportunity to ask technical questions via the purchasing platform in order to provide necessary details information. All answers to questions will be made public so that each Bidder has access to this information. Stage II: "Technical talks" - The stage will consist in additional explanations of technical aspects with those selected by the Company Bidders in order to specify the scope of future cooperation. Stage III: "Negotiations" - The stage will consist in final negotiations and the selection of the main supplier and possibly individual sub-suppliers/subcontractors. Selection of the Offer via the purchasing platform is not tantamount to signing the Agreement. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reject the offer without giving a reason.
