This concerns a service contract awarded in the form of a framework agreement, in accordance with Articles 2, 21 and 35 of the Act of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.
This concerns a mixed order of deliveries and services for the operational leasing of vehicles of staff members who have a mobility budget.
The purpose of the assignment is to make vehicles available on lease to eligible employees, in accordance with the modalities determined in the Special Specifications.
The framework agreement is concluded for a duration of twelve (12) months, renewable three times (3) for a period of twelve (12) months, during which successive orders for vehicles may be placed with the contractor, according to needs.
The assignment also includes the complete management of the fleet under the contract covers, among other things:
maintenance and repairs,
insurance,
assistance,
supply and management of fuel cards and/or charging cards, the provision of charging equipment (charging station or charging cable, as the case may be), and any other service necessary for the correct implementation of the leasing contract.
