The object of the acquisition is the autoclaves of the KYS equipment maintenance center and its accessories. In the procurement, all existing autoclaves will be renewed in stages during the years 2024 and 2026. The procurement consists of eight (8) autoclave units. The autoclave assembly includes an autoclaven, half sterilization load filling table, full load unloading table, transport trolleys and sterilization trays. The sterilization capacity of one autoclave must be 12 spri baskets and the autoclave must be equipped with its own steam generator.
The vacuum pumps of the autoclaves must be able to be placed remotely vto the engine room. The renewed autoclaves will be placed in the place of the current autoclaves and in the existing sewer lines. The autoclaves will be connected directly to the renewed clean water system, which according to the project planning will be ready on June 30, 2024. In the technical operation of autoclavessuppliers need to take into account the properties of pure water (ultrapure water). The installations will be done while the equipment maintenance center is operating around 24/7.
