The subject of this order is to provide author's supervision, to the extent indicated in the contract template 2, of the InfoMedica Plus and AMMS Plus Application Software modules, listed in Annexes No. 1.1 and 1.2 to the Agreement (hereinafter: Application Software). 2. the provision of author's supervision consists in ensuring the Ordering Party's permanent and uninterrupted ability to use the Application Software covered by the contract, in the event of changes legal regulations, changes in the organizational structure, IT infrastructure of the Ordering Party and in resolving emergency situations.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template - Annex No. 4.1.
