Purchasing Partners will propose suitable properties for protection, and upon approval from the department, will secure and own each approved property until at least legal protection is effected or achieved. Purchasing Partners will put in place arrangements to manage the properties in perpetuity for conservation purposes. It is expected that multiple Purchasing Partners will be appointed. This REOI is the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process (Procurement).
