This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The Government is seeking qualified contractors who can update and fix programming issues/errors with existing Auditorium Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment, located at AFRL/RF, Rome, NY. The requirement requires the contractor to utilize already installed equipment & cable to the maximum extent possible, as well as provide and install new state-of-the-art AV equipment with any applicable cabling, hardware, racks, mounts, and shelves. Any new equipment needs to be interoperable with existing equipment not being replaced. Also required is the installation and programming of all new and existing equipment, as well as complete system access information, codes and diagrams of the solution.

The contractor shall provide the items on a firm fixed price basis including the cost of shipping. The anticipated delivery date is 60 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). All deliveries shall be made in accordance with FAR 52.247-34 FOB Destination (NOV 1991). The place of delivery, acceptance and FOB destination point is Rome, NY.
