The municipality of Ristijärvi (hereinafter also the "customer") requests your offer for the performance of the public administration and financial audit in accordance with Chapter 14, Section 122 of the Municipal Act, in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. This is a tender below the national threshold value. The procurement of audit services also includes the statutory audit of subsidiaries belonging to Ristijärvi municipality. According to the Municipal Act, the municipality's auditing firm must be selected as the auditor of the municipality's subsidiaries, unless there is a justified reason for the deviation from this related to the organization of the audit. The general meetings of the subsidiaries make separate decisions on the selection of the auditor, taking into account what is stipulated in the municipal law on the selection of the auditor and stipulated in the municipality's group guidelines. The municipality's group includes a total of three (3) subsidiaries. The competitive auditing service must also be available to new subsidiaries that may be created during the contract period and to Ristijärvi Old Age Foundation sr.
