Trustee Council includes all trustees, not just the TexasTrustees. The AUP covers NRDAR funds received by the Texas Trustees as a resultof the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill for the period of January 1, 2023 throughDecember 31, 2025. The purpose of the AUP is to evaluate the accuracy of funds reported on the project(s) Statement of Receipts and Expenditures and compliance with the Restoration Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, and other relevant documentation as referenced in the Scope of Work.
