Stage One – Prequalification On February 19, 2025, the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement issued RFSQ 8970 on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan. The objective of the RFSQ was to establish a registry of prequalified suppliers that GOS can use to efficiently and effectively procure business consulting services. The registry is valid from February 19, 2025 to February 19, 2028, with no option to extend. GOS does not intend to refresh the list at this time.
