The subject of the public contract is the performance of an independent audit of cyber security by a professionally qualified and independent person - a certified auditor in the field of cyber security who meets the requirements of Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., on security measures, cyber security incidents, reactive measures, submission requirements in the field of cyber security and data disposal (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree"). As part of the performance, the functionality of the strengthened information system ensuring secure protection of the perimeter of České dráhy, a.s. and its compliance with the requirements for cyber security will be verified according to §18, §19, §20, §22, §23, §24, §26 and §27 of the Decree. In this procurement procedure, the contracting authority proceeds in accordance with the transitional ones provisions defined in § 71 of Act No. 264/2025 Coll. on cyber security, which defines the subject of the public contract following the Decree.
