Audit mission of the SEM CLAH information system The purpose of this contract is to award a mission for an audit of the information system, cybersecurity and skills. As well as the development of the digital master plan and security 2027-2030. Purpose The purpose of this contract is to award a mission for an audit of the information system, cybersecurity and skills. As well as the development of the 2027-2030 digital and security master plan. There consultation came under the aegis of the Public Order Code and article L.2123-1 of said code. It gives rise to the conclusion of an ordinary contract treated at a fixed price. Phasing The mission is broken down into 7 distinct phases relating to the following themes: 1)Audit of business applications 2)Audit of control data 3)Security and cybersecurity audit 4)Audit of the IT organization and human resources 5) Analysis of gaps and target organization 6) Case analysis of AI uses 7)Additional mission The execution of the phases can be parallelized. The duration of the contract runs from notification for a maximum duration of 20 weeks all phases combined. The candidate will indicate in his offer the expected deadlines for the completion of each of the phases indicated in article 2.2 of this CCP.
