The subject of the Plenary Meeting is a mandatory audit, which reports on: 1. Over all the individual ethnic accounts of the company, Technical Administration of Communications, Hl. City of Prague, a.s. (according to TSK only) compiled according to Czech ethnic regulations as of December 31, individually for the calendar years 2026, 2027 and 2028. 2. Two individual ethnic groups of children of the company TSK Servisn s.r.o. compiled according to the Czech ethnic regulations as of December 31, individually for the calendar years 2026, 2027 and 2028. 3. On the same day, consolidated ethnic summaries compiled for the consolidated whole of the company TSK (as the parent company) and the subsidiary TSK Servisn s.r.o. as of 31 December, individually for the calendar years 2026, 2027 and 2028. 4. Opened by the company TSK and the company TSK Servisn s.r.o. for the mentioned years, their indelible bite is even at first o relations between connected persons according to the Act on Business Corporations and gave plots. 5.
