The nature and precise characteristics of each batch are defined in part III of these special specifications Technical requirements. Each bidder has the possibility to submit an offer for one, several or all of the batches. No limit is set on the number of lots attributable to a single bidder. Organization of sessions Sessions will be organized according to demand. Only sessions actually ordered will be invoiced. Team of consultants For all lots, the consultancy sessions taking place according to receptive bilingualism (the participants express themselves in their linguistic role), the tenderer must, under penalty of nullity of the offer, propose consultants who include participants' interventions in the two official languages ​​of the Brussels-Capital Region (French or Dutch); or must propose at least 1 French-speaking consultant and at least 1 Dutch-speaking consultant.
