Tender Details

1. The subject of the Order is the preparation of a Report by the Contractor, which will present an assessment of the Employer's current activity in the design area in the railway part, which is the result of the audit. In addition, the Ordering Party requires the preparation of a Management Reportabove area in the form of a power point presentation (or equivalent) and conducting a presentation with the Ordering Party's representatives, during which the audit results and a question and answer session will be presented. 2. The Ordering Party envisages awarding the contracts referred to in Art. 388 point 2 letterc of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter: "Similar Order") in the scope of providing audit, verification and assessment services of the Ordering Party in the project area regarding the railway part in the selected or selected areas indicated in the OPZ, e.g. in the scope of assessing planning assumptions, the status of implementation undertakenthese or planned activities, verification of documents, schedules regarding railway projects, decisions, permits obtained or possible to be obtained, analysis of financial aspects, assessment of the validity of investment implementation. The Ordering Party anticipates that the value of similar orders will not exceed 50% of the valueof the basic order. Similar Orders will be awarded on terms analogous to those specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, provided that the type and amount of contractual penalties specified in percentages will be appropriately adjusted to the size and scope of the Order....
