The VA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to ENCORE, located at 1850 Hotel Plaza Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 to provide all required A/V equipment and technical support necessary to support presentations, speakers, training sessions, and related activities. These services are critical to provide audio-visual (A/V) services and equipment in support of the Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection (OAWP).
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561920 - (Convention and Trade Show Organizers) with a size standard of $19M. SAC-F anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price contract to ENCORE for this requirement by September 14, 2026.
