Description : AFMC requires a third-party to provide all audiovisual requirements for the 2024 onsite program. The program will host approximately 250+ concurrent abstract sessions, 5-8 plenary sessions, 100+ meetings, and 10-20 receptions. The third party will provide all equipment, set up, take down, and onsite support during the congress. The plenary hall will be set for 1000+ people, and will need a stage, visual aids, and sound for the room, as well as being live-streamed and recorded. The abstract presentations will require screens, projectors, microphones, sound, and flip charts. A portion of receptions and meetings will be booked by external meeting providers, but all logistical planning will be done through the ICAM planning team. External meeting providers will have the option to rent screens, projectors, laptops, flip charts, teleconference phones, virtual meeting equipment, speakers, podiums, microphones, power bars/extension cords, and other equipment as requested.
