Scope: The selected production company will be responsible for the development and implementation of an audiovisual and photographic communication campaign aimed at making water management visible as a common good, with emphasis on its territorial dimension and the role of women in their community. In particular, the consultancy will include: Execution of the campaign, including aesthetic proposal based on references, taking as its axis the resignification of water tanks as territorial symbols of access, care and community organization around water.Development of a comprehensive narrative campaign proposal, including central message, aesthetic line, visual identity, communication tone, in coordination with UNDP and OSEDesign of a production and filming plan, contemplating the identification of territories from a list provided by UNDP, choice of characters and situations to be surveyed based on previous research, as well as the logistical planning of the filming and photographic recording instances. In addition, the interviews in the territory must be recorded in an audio file. Production of 4 audiovisual and photographic pieces, which collect experiences, practices and stories linked to water management in different territories of the country, with special emphasis on the role of women and the diversity of contexts.
