Emission equipment used in hearing screening Automated ABR equipment used in hearing screening Audiometer equipment used in diagnostic examinations HUS-Yhtymä (hereinafter also "HUS" and "procurement unit") tenders according to the tender documents, audiometers used in special nursing care. The procurement object is divided into three (3) sub-areas: - Section 1: Emission equipment used in hearing screening - Section 2: Those used in hearing screening automated ABR equipment - Section 3: Audiometer equipment used in diagnostic examinations The tenderer can submit an offer for one or more areas. The procurement unit selects two (2) contract suppliers for each sub-area as follows as described in more detail below in the request for tender. It is a joint procurement, the parties to which are: - HUS Group - Päijät-Häme welfare area - Vantaa and Kerava welfare area - Central Uusimaa welfare area In addition to the equipment purchase agreement an agreement is concluded for device-related consumables. The purchase also includes a service contract after the warranty period as an option. The procurement contract is valid for a fixed period of two (2) years, after which the contract can be extended for two (1) during the one-year option period.
