The Independent Electricity System Operator (“IESO”) currently operates four (4) office locations within the Greater Toronto Area (“GTA”): a downtown Toronto office (“Adelaide”), a Mississauga office (“Clarkson”), an Oakville office (“UMR”), and a Backup Control Centre (BCC).IESO is seeking to engage a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive audio-visual (“AV”) support and maintenance services across all current locations (Adelaide, Clarkson, UMR and BCC), as well as any future GTA office locations, as required. The Service Provider will be required to provide wide range of AV support & maintenance services, including, but not limited to, remote assistance, on-site services, warranty management, and proactive monitoring.A Bill of Materials ("BOM") for the Adelaide location is provided in Appendix F - Adelaide BOM. A summary of AV room types and their current and projected quantities is provided in Appendix G - AV Room Types and Counts. These Appendices are provided to assist Proponents in understanding the scope, complexity, and size of the AV environment to be supported.Proponents should note that the inventory of supported technologies and equipment may evolve throughout the term of the Agreement as assets are added, upgraded, replaced, relocated, or decommissioned.
