Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
AUDIO VISUAL PRESENTATION (AVP) AS AN INVESTMENT
PROMOTION COLLATERAL OF LEIPO
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 185, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Audio Visual Presentation (AVP) as an Investment Promotion Collateral of LEIPO/B-G-2025-001-C. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by one (1) month. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
