Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Audio Video Recording System.

Vendor needs to provide audio video recording system to the government authority located in Troy, OH.

- Audio / Video Recording solution for County-s 13 Hearing Rooms

- Unlimited Service and Support for the devices while under contract;

- The ability to add / remove equipment purchased from the successful vendor to the contract as the County desires

- Hardware located in the individual Hearing Rooms, with servers in the IT Departments Server rooms

- Stand-alone centralized server retaining all recordings and utilizing the County IT-s Department backup solution to backup data in the County Data Center to SAN and tape.

- Stand-alone rack in each hearing room

- Stand-alone Wi-Fi for each Hearing Room with for the purpose of trial use ONLY and will not have internet access.

- Cloud Configuration: Hardware located at an off-site location connected to the County-s Wide Area Network (WAN) through an internet connection with a subscription software model.

(2) Letter of intent must be submitted no later than February 1, 2024

(3) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 2, 2024

(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2024.
