The subject of procurement is an audio video equipment for courts (39 locations of courts, 42 sets). The system must be conceptualized in such a way that the technical capabilities of the device and the accompanying equipment are in accordance with the "Rulebook on Recording the evidence or other actions in the previous and criminal proceedings" (N.N. 85/2014) and Article 292.about the criminal proceedings according to which witnesses who may be examined in their apartment or other space in which they reside for age, health or disability. A detailed description of the system is attached to this documentation (technical specification).The supplier is obliged to conceptualize on the "key in hand" system that does not oblige the user to additional technical interventions in terms of the functioning of the system at the point of use or additional financial costs.
