1) The Capiz State University, through the General Appropriation Act - 2026 Continuing intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twelve Thousand Pesos (PHP 712, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Audio and Visual Equipment of CAPSU Central Administration. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Capiz State University now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Audio and Visual Equipment of CAPSU Central Administration. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days.
