CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Proposal (“RFP) for Insert Audio Advertising for Traffic Management Services.An Agreement resulting from this RFX may potentially be for three (3) years with two (2) irrevocable option(s) to extend for two (2) year period(s).1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFP are as follows:CBC/Radio-Canada seeks to buy one audio ad delivery system for a podcast environment. The solution must offer a range of targetability for advertisers. The solution must also deliver an array of ad metrics compliant with the current podcast metrics governed by the IAB. As CBC/Radio-Canada may have content rights restrictions the solutions also need to have the flexibility of allowing for self hosting and most offer a robust open API to allow any configuration that CBC/Radio-Canada sees fit for their situation.2.
