The Ordering Party is introducing 3 Stages of the procedure: STAGE I - SUBMITTING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS Deadline from 21/10/2025 to 28/10/2025 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (to be sent on the Ordering Party's eB2B purchasing platform): 1) MANUFACTURER'S AUTHORIZATIONThe contractor must have the current status of an authorized or certified partner of the manufacturer of the offered devices (Lenovo Tab K11 Gen 2 tablets). To confirm the fulfillment of this condition, the contractor is obliged to submit a document confirming the granted status (e.g. manufacturer's certificate, manufacturer's statement or confirmation from the manufacturer's official website).2) DELIVERY ExPERIENCEThe contractor must demonstrate that in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers (and if has been operating for a shorter period - during this period) has completed at least two contracts corresponding to the type of the subject of the order, i.e. supply of tablets, computers or mobile devices, with a value of at least PLN 500, 000.00 gross each. For confirmation fulfillment of the condition, the Contractor will present documents confirming the proper performance of deliveries, such as references, acceptance reports or other equivalent documents.3) Third party liability insurance policyThe contractor must have a current liability insurance policy...
