The Auckland District Health Board would like to invite the wider contractor community to engage in a formal gathering to discuss the Facilities Infrastructure Remediation Programme (FIRP) scope of works of which it is in early procurement stages.

Part of the Programme includes the upgrade of Auckland City hospital aging 11kV High Voltage (HV) network. This includes replacement of oil type step down and/or step up transformers, Oil type 11kV switchgear, PILC and XLPE cabling along with associated Low Voltage (LV) switchboards.
Auckland District Health Board would like to share plans for the significant HV upgrade projects and its desire to procure specialist contractor expertise with experience on HV reticulated networks.
