The purpose of this contract is the complete dismantling and mandatory replacement of the establishment's two (2) passenger elevators. The project aims to install modern, durable equipment that complies with the latest safety standards and accessibility. The phasing is very important in that an elevator must always be operational throughout the work. The tenderer's attention is also drawn to the fact that the work must take place in an active establishment. General measures • The contractor carries out his work while constantly ensuring that there is as little disruption as possible to users and that all risks of accidents and damage to people and property are avoided. • The entrepreneur is required to comply with the instructions of the managing official or his representative for this contract, with regard to order and safety.
