C. Situation: The scope of the execution project is located on Santa Emilia Street, at the confluence of the municipal terms of Alpedrete, Collado Villalba and Guadarrama, as well as its connection with the term Galapagar Municipality Connecting With It Through A Pedestrian Cycle Walkway Above The Guadarrama River. Which will also improve the cycling and pedestrian interconnectivity of the inhabitants of El Escorial with the Los Negrales area, which is distributed Among the Previously Mentioned Municipalities of the Community of Madrid. D. Division by lots: No. The object of the contract does not allow division into lots since the project is conceived as a single indivisible benefit, making its separation no longer feasible.
