The North Ostrobothnia welfare area (later Pohde) requests your offer for ATVs in this request for tenders and its in accordance with the appendices. The object of the procurement is ATVs and related accessories. The procurement contract is valid for two years, in addition to which possibility of a 1+1 year option. The subscriber decides on the options separately from use. The procurement unit selects one Supplier based on the price. Necessary and sufficient quality is ensured by means of coercion with requirements. During the contract period, the welfare area shows appropriations for procurements in accordance with this procurement decision each year separately. Acquisitions are carried out each year within the budget within the framework. If the appropriation is not granted at all for a certain year, no purchases in accordance with the procurement decision will be made year to do.
