2026/OO/1154 - 1 This assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase, renewal and management of Atlassian software licenses for VRT. Atlassian software is central and strategic within VRT operations platform for collaboration, project tracking, documentation, code management and service desk processes. The suite includes Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management and various specialized apps. Today, more than 900 employees use it one or more applications within this environment, with further structural growth expected in both the number of users and the number of applications deployed. With a view to guaranteeing continuity, performance and further development of this platform, VRT wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a recognized integrator for the supply and management of the required Atlassian licenses.
