On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the supply of ATEX mobile phones [11 pieces of Pepperl+Fuchs SMART-EX03-DZ1-AIX-C128 mobile phones]. Implementation conditions: - Detailed conditions are specified in the Template contract - "Attachments" tab - Completion date: 5 business days from the date of signing the contract - The goods will be delivered to the UDT Headquarters, ul. Szczęśliwicka 34, 02‑353 Warsaw. The delivery will be made at the expense of the Contractor. - The Contractor declares that the subject of the order meets the technical requirements, and in particular meets all the features specified in the inquiry, is brand new, unused, not refurbished, not recycled, comes from current production. - If any defects are found in subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order free from defects within 3 business days from the date of notification. Evaluation criteria: 95% - Price, 5% Social clauses In accordance with the offer evaluation criterion "Social clauses" Bidder will receive additional points (5) in the offer evaluation process if it meets one of the criteria: - runs a sole proprietorship and will complete the order independently, - assigns a person employed under a full-time employment contract to complete the contract full-time employment, - will assign a disabled person employed full-time to perform the contract, - will assign to perform the order in question a person who, before being employed by the contractor, was registered in the Office...
