The nature and amount of work, supplies or services, or the relevant needs and requirements: subject to compliance with a sub -threshold public work for the construction work "ATC Mercury Pasohlávky, Bungald - Stage I 2024-2025" is the construction of 51 new accommodation units in five blocks and - SO 101, SO 102, SO 103, SO 104, SO 105) and associated with other objects (infrastructure). The buildings will be situated on the ATC Merkur Pasohlávky area, on the site of the original seasonal accommodation buildings. The realization of the interior in terms of furniture construction is not the subject of this order. The construction is divided into the following buildings: SO 101 to SO 105 buildings for the provision of accommodation services (bungalows) SO 106 Small architecture - benches, waste bins, information system SO 107 retaining wall IO 100 preparation, landscaping IO 200 roads and paved areas IO 300 to IO 701 - connection to the existing technical infrastructure IO 800 landscaping - solution of vegetation in the premises Detailed specification of the subject of the contract is described in the project.
