notice is hereby given that the provincial health services authority ("phsa"), on its own behalf, and as agent for each of fraser health authority, interior health authority, northern health authority, vancouver coastal health authority and vancouver island health authority intends to extend an existing contract to the following supplier to provide tacrolimus (prograf(r)) and tacrolimus (advagraf(r)) for a period of seven (7) months by which time it will have completed a formal procurement process.

phsa, as agent for the health authorities, has chosen to enter into this limited term agreement with the specific intention of stabilizing the supply of products and minimizing disruption within the health authorities.
the intention is to sign an agreement for the period march 1st, 2019 to september 30th, 2019. the agreement has an estimated value of $9.5m (cad).
