Services necessary for taking out Building Damage and All Risks Construction Site insurance as part of the Reconstruction operation of the CH de la Roche aux Fées in Janzé (35). In order to enable them to implement a strategy for taking into account common and graduated public responsibility for the patient with the aim of ensuring equal access to secure and quality care, the participating establishments form a Territorial Hospital Group (GHT). In application of decree no. 2016-524 of 27 April 2016 relating to territorial hospital groups and Decree No. 2017-701 of May 2, 2017 relating to the modalities of implementation of the activities, functions and missions mentioned in article L. 6132-3 of the Public Health Code, within the regional hospital groups, a constitutive agreement was signed on June 30, 2016. It designates the Rennes University Hospital Center as the support establishment of the GHT Haute-Bretagne. This GHT is made up of the following establishments: - the RENNES UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL CENTER, - the BROCELIANDE HOSPITAL CENTER, - the FOUGERES HOSPITAL CENTER, - the REDON-CARENTOIR INTERCOMMUNAL HOSPITAL CENTER, - the SIMONE VEIL HOSPITAL CENTER (VITRE), - the HOSPITAL CENTER OF THE GUERCHE DE BRETAGNE, - the HOSPITAL CENTER OF THE MARKETS OF BRETAGNE, - the HOSPITAL CENTER OF LA ROCHE AUX FEES (JANZE), - the GUILLAUME REGNIER HOSPITAL CENTER.
