This consultation relates to assistance services for the recruitment of human resources for the Organization Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games Alpes 2030. The assistance mission consists in searching and present candidates corresponding to the profiles requested in adequacy With the post descriptions written by Alpes 2030. All recruitment actions may be in particular: • Diagnosis and calibration of the need with the recruitment service, including the provisional planning • Writing of job advertisements and dissemination in connection with Alpes 2030; • Sourcing, Direct approach, preselection of profiles; • Presentation of profiles (profile synthesis); • Support for selection (prequalification, interview, technical, professional and behavioral assessment); • Decision aid; • Reporting of the progress of recruitment processes; • Proactive proposal for adjustments in the event of research difficulty on small profiles.
