The framework agreement with maximum is entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1, R.2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders and/or the conclusion of subsequent contracts, according to the terms provided for by the CCAP. Each batch constitutes a framework agreement distinct, the form of the framework agreement is specific to each lot. Depending on the form chosen, the framework agreement gives rise either to the conclusion of subsequent contracts or to a mixed framework agreement (issuance of purchase orders and conclusion of subsequent contracts). Candidates have the opportunity to submit bids for all lots. For lots 02 and 10 which are the subject of a mixed framework agreement for the purchase order part, the services will be remunerated by applying to the quantities actually executed the prices of the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount set for each lot. For lots 03, 11 subject to a framework agreement for subsequent contracts, and unless otherwise stated in the subsequent contract(s), the services will be remunerated by application of global and fixed prices, firm and updatable or revisable. unless otherwise stated in the subsequent contract(s).
