Tender Details

This contract is a framework agreement which will result in the issuance of purchase orders as and when required (art. L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code). It is passed according to the appropriate procedure open (art. L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the same code). The description of the services is detailed in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by applying the prices to the quantities actually executed. flat rate and unit rates set out in the price list. The framework agreement is concluded for a maximum amount of 50, 000 Euros excluding tax per year. As an indication, the estimate of the framework agreement is 90, 000 euros excluding tax over the total duration of the contract (renewals included). The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification of the contract, renewable three times for successive annual periods
