AMO in the departments of Var and Alpes Maritimes AMO in the departments of Vaucluse, Alpes de Haute Provence, Bouches-du-Rhône and Hautes Alpes The EPF PACA proceeds with the transfer of its land through two consultation methods operators depending on whether or not the property is subject to the scope of the public order code: -For goods subject to the scope of the public procurement code, it should be noted that the EPF PACA already has an AMO assistance contract administrative, technical, economic and legal throughout the purchasing process governed by the Public Procurement Code. These transfers do not fall within the scope of this contract. -For goods outside the scope of the code of public order and in order to support mission managers and project managers in the transfer of development and housing operations, the EPF PACA wishes to add, as necessary, the services of an assistant who can intervene in transfers, appointed by the establishment, organized procedures and subject of this contract. The amount entered corresponds to the maximum annual amount in euro(s) excluding tax. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months, tacitly renewable 3 times for a period of 1 year, or for a maximum period of 4 years.
