The purpose of this contract is to provide project management assistance services for knowledge of difficult-to-access heritage (piping, connections and works in service) and domestic connections to the departmental network (plot survey).

This is an alloted framework agreement to purchase orders with minimum and maximum single-awardee of services passed for a period of 4 years from its notification.

This framework agreement is divided into two lots:

1. Lot 1: Provision of knowledge of sanitation assets that are difficult to access

Minimum amount: 3, 000 000 euro(s) excluding tax;

Maximum amount: 15, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax.

2. Lot 2: Provision of knowledge of domestic connections

Minimum Amount: 1, 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax;

Maximum amount: 6, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax

Lot n1: Provision of knowledge of sanitation assets that are difficult to access

This lot concerns the investigations necessary to understand the sanitation assets belonging to the Seine-Saint-Denis Departmental Council, managed by the Water and Sanitation Department (DEA) or any other department of the Department. These investigations are carried out using digital robotic devices with continuous recording capabilities. The heritage concerned may be non-visitable, difficult to access, visitable, in use or not.
