Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to select a service provider to provide an advisory and technical assistance mission to the services of the City of Asnières-sur-Seine, for the establishment of a public service delegation relating to the management of the parking and car parks within the Municipality of Asnières-sur-Seine. The number of car parks affected by the future public service delegation is estimated between thirteen (13) and sixteen (16) on the date of launch of the procedure. This number is given as indicative and is not contractual in nature. It is likely to evolve according to the needs of the community, in particular by the integration of additional parking lots within the scope of the audit and the concession. The holder must, therefore, take this eventuality into account in the organization and dimensioning of its mission. It is therefore a question of renewing this procedure within the time limits for notification of the future delegatee in May 2027.
