Purpose: The incumbent's mission consists of assisting the project owner in carrying out a topographical survey and 3D modeling of the site as part of the construction of a future semi-liberty neighborhood (QSL) on the site. Port site in Reunion. In order to anticipate the needs of the designer-builder of this future establishment - carried out according to the BIM methodology developed within its agency, from the design phase to operation - the APIJ wishes to carry out a survey of bare land with its neighboring buildings in order to obtain deliverables in the form of BIM-compatible digital models and 2D documents. This will improve the efficiency of the various stakeholders, their coordination being optimized as a result. The deliverables of this contract will be integrated into the Port QSL site file as design support for the designers and will thus allow the start of their studies. The topography of the project site and its surroundings through a 3D modeling for the development of the designer-director's BIM construction project will be highlighted through this mission. 2D extractions must be made possible from the deliverables of this contract.
