This framework agreement concerns a mission of assistance to project management for the architectural and technical programming of construction and rehabilitation operations of buildings and surroundings of the City of Lyon. The missions are carried out according to needs, via purchase orders or subsequent contracts, the City freely defining their duration and content. They include: - preliminary, feasibility and pre-program studies - development of the program and composition plans - assistance with consultation or project management competition - monitoring of the adequacy between program and project This multi-awardee framework agreement (3 holders) is concluded: - For the initial period of 2 years: with a minimum amount of 130, 000 euros excluding tax and with a maximum amount of 800, 000 euros excluding tax. - For the two renewal periods of one year each: with a minimum amount of 65, 000 euros excluding tax and with a maximum amount of 400, 000 euros excluding tax
