The purpose of this consultation is to provide project management assistance for the renewal of the operating contracts for two treatment facilities belonging to the Kerval Syndicate, namely: - The Planguenoual energy recovery unit - The Residual Waste Sorting And Recovery Unitthe Ti Valo As such, the Expected Services Will Include Technical, Administrative, Legal And Financial Support According To The Expected Phases Of Work.

Description of services:- This present maThe market consists of recruiting a design office capable of supporting the syndicate's services in the renewal of two operating contracts which are about to expire. Following the establishment of a STATE OF PLAY AND PERSPECTIVES study which has just been completed, the main legal outlinestechnical and economic are known, even if it is advisable to stop by deliberative way, the mode of management retained on Ti Valo and the final dimensioning of the project of new UVE on PLANGUENOUAL, by mid-March 2023. Subsequently, the firm is asked for support in the draftingtion of the respective DCEs, the follow-up of the procedure from the launch to the actual signature of the contract. As an option, the realization of a CARBON ASSESSMENT and the follow-up of the 1st years of the contract and the works carried out on the two sites are also proposed.
