Tender Details

Assistance for operational and service services Assistance must be provided to management and employees in the business area of housekeeping and internal property management. The assignment involves consulting, planning and carrying out tasks related to the operation of office premises, special rooms, meeting and conference rooms, environmental management, reception and switchboard services. The assistance will mainly be delivered at the Norwegian Environment Agency's office in Oslo. Prioritization and execution of tasks takes place in close collaboration with employees within business area housekeeping at the offices in Oslo and Trondheim. Daily follow-up of tasks within and between the office locations is largely carried out in teams. The supplier must deliver a main resource for the duration of an entire position. If temporary additional needs should occur, it is desirable that the supplier can deliver a time-limited additional resource with up to half a position in a short period of time. The supplier must provide a substitute for the main resource in case of absence (holiday, illness, leaves etc.).
