Provision of assistance and support services for a maximum number of 10 adults with disabilities residing within Alba County DGASPC Alba contracts assistance and support activities for adults with disabilities, in the community, on determined period and based on the assessment and identification of individual needs, in order to overcome difficult situations and prevent institutionalization for a maximum number of 10 adults with disabilities residing within Alba county, in within the Assistance and Support Service for adults with disabilities. The assistance and support service for adults with disabilities is located in the community in such a way as to allow beneficiaries access to all resources and its facilities: health, education, work, culture, leisure, social relations. Near the social service, there are access roads used by shared public transport. The beneficiaries of the Assistance and Support Service are adult persons with disabilities, admitted on the basis of the private FSS's own processing. The provision of assistance and support services for a number of 10 adults with disabilities, for whom the service provider ordered the provision of services, in in accordance with the own admission procedure.
