Assiniboine College is seeking trade contractors to provide fixed bid pricing for all scopes of work for the construction of a new greenhouse facility to be located at Assiniboine College's North Hill Campus in Brandon, Manitoba. Bids shall include all labour, material, and equipment as per the Project Drawings and Specifications included in this tender. Please note that all work related to Sections 13 34 13-Greenhouse Structure, 13 55 13-Greenhouse Instrumentation, and 13 93 45-Horticultural Benching have already been awarded in a separate tender and are not open for pricing.Assiniboine College will provide a representative from the Campus Development department to act as construction manager/general contractor for this project to oversee construction.
