This contract concerns the provision of Quality Control Consultant (QC) services, which was established by Law 2372/1996 (Government Gazette A 29/28.02.1996), Article FOURTEEN, paragraph 4. The institutional operating framework of ESPEL, which includes the procedure controls, the obligations of the involved services to provide data and information, the free access to the construction sites and the sources of receiving materials, as well as the way to restore the identified defects and the quality characterization of the projects, is regulated by the No. KYA 64517/E.Y.S. 6195/02.10.2003 (Government Gazette B' 1539/17.10.2003) entitled Regulation of all issues related to quality controls in public works carried out by a Special Advisor, of the most specific issues of its operation as well as any other relevant details, as amended and valid. ESPEL's main responsibility is to carry out sample checks to verify the quality of public projects carried out by public bodies sector and are co-financed by the European Union. In the context of this contract, the inspections of the National Social and Rural Development Agency will focus on infrastructure projects that are part of and financed by NSRF resources of the programming period 2021-2027, of the programming period 2014-2020 and the programming period 2007-2013.
