Expression of Interest are invited for Asset Replacement and Corrective Maintenance Services of Packaged Air Conditioners in Mtr Premises (Contract No.: c5947-24e)

2.1 The Asset Replacement of PACs Contract includes the replacement of approximately 480 nos. (Package A1: 250 nos. and Package B1: 230 nos.) annually PACs installed in MTR stations, tunnels, depots and ancillary buildings along East Rail Line (EAL), Tuen Ma Line (TML), Light Rail Line (LRL), Airport Express Line (AEL), Tung Chung Line (TCL), Disneyland Resort Line (DRL), Island Line (ISL), Kwun Tong Line (KTL), Tsuen Wan Line (TWL), South Island Line (SIL) and Tseung Kwan O Line (TKL). The scope of works includes the decommissioning, removal, replacement, modification, relocation, installation, testing and commissioning and defects rectification of the PACs. All PACs will be provided by the Corporation.

2.2 The Corrective Maintenance Services of PACs Contract includes the corrective maintenance for approximately 5, 000 nos. (Package A2: 2, 900 nos. and Package B2: 2, 100 nos.) of the existing and replaced PACs installed in MTR stations, tunnels, depots and ancillary buildings along EAL, TML, LRL, AEL, TCL, DRL, ISL, KTL and TWL. The corrective maintenance services include 24-hour on-call and emergency services, fault attendance, rectification, repair, examination and testing to ensure safe, continuous and efficient operations of the PACs.

2.3 The tender will be split into multiple packages as tabled below:
